About 3 days ago, Joshua was scratching his leg... Last night he had a large red patch on his leg... This morning the patch was bigger!

So rather than the normal trip to Church on a Sunday morning, we went to see a Doctor at the local White Cross!

It seems that what ever bit him (a white tail spider maybe?) has caused an infection under his skin.

We have antibiotics to give him and are taking him back for a check-up tomorrow.

During the whole process he has been a happy boy. The Doctor marked where the infection was with a marker so we can tell if it has spread anymore, and the Doctor enjoyed so much that her drew a watch on Joshua's wrist. Needless to say Josh likes being asked what the time is now!
